National Course Application

I have a few questions about my national course application seeing as it's my first
1.) what format do we write the narative in? is it letter, essay or what?
2.) The transcript we get from our school, does it have to show midterm or current marks?
3.) WHEN IS IT DUE??

As for a due date, I dot's n't have the exact one, but I'm fairly sure it's around mid-January, I'm thinking 27th... But either way, it's due soon

I am pretty sure it is Essay Format, but at you should check with Lt. Sally for that one. And it is sometime in January, i'm not sure of the exact date. As far as the transcript, I am guessing your Midterm and Report Card marks are what its looking for. Anything that is an official mark probably.
