On Ironing...
Here are a few points that should help you when ironing your uniform:
-When ironing your pants and tunic you should always use a pressing cloth. A pressing cloth may be a towel, pillowcase or other another old piece of cloth.
-The pressing cloth prevents the nylon material from becoming shiny.
-The creases down the centers of your pants and shirt become sharper when you iron with a moist pressing cloth.
-Do not iron creases down the arms of your tunic.
-Starch can be sprayed and ironed onto your uniform to help hold the creases in your uniform.
-Set your iron to maximum steam while ironing.
-Put a pressing cloth under your uniform if the ironing table is dirty (the tables at camp are often dirty so bring extra cloths with you if you go to camp).
*Remember to hang your uniform neatly after ironing it so that it stays wrinkle-free.
